Point Fermin Lighthouse - San Pedro

Built in 1874, the Point Fermin Lighthouse was the first navigational light into the San Pedro Bay. I took these pictures a few weeks ago.

I think my mom used to take me to Point Fermin when I was a kid, aren't there some nice tide pools there?

We also went in a lighthouse, but I'm not sure which one. Might have been when we lived on the east coast. I remember going up the spiral staircase to the top, and there was a gap between the last top step and the interior of where the lens was. It seemed to be 3 feet across to me at that age!
