LA 1950's Playing Cards

Decks of playing cards with two different backs depicting Los Angeles County in the 1950's. The joker shows a map of LA County. Photos from the Los Angeles Chamber of Commerce, All Year Club of Southern California and Tournament of Roses Association of Pasadena.

Jet fighter assembly, Lockheed Aircraft Company - 7th and Broadway, Downtown Los Angeles.

Rainbow Pier and beach at Long Beach - CBS Studios, Hollywood - Farmers Market - Los Angeles Union Station.

Wilshire Boulevard at MacArthur Park - NBC Studios, Hollywood - Tournament of Roses Parade, Pasadena - Skyline of Long Beach.

Cahuenga Freeway, one of many - Wilmington and Signal Hill oil fields - Foreign Trade Zone, Port of LA - LA International Airport.

MacArthur Park when there was water on both sides of Wilshire Blvd....I wonder why that changed? Love these playing cards!

Wow, the LA Airport is unrecognizable. Tokyo, not sure why they removed one of the lakes, but man is it scary down there now.
