Heartland Rails - The Last Train

This post from Viewliner contributor Ray Peacock
will be the last one. I would like to thank Ray for allowing me to use his
great railroad images these past months. From time to time, we will see
more of Ray's photos on the PTA Transit Authority.
(To visit Heartland Rails just click on the banner.)

Amtrak - Private Coach "Northern Sky" - Canadian Pacific Watertown sub, MP 150, near Columbus, Wisconsin, September 05, 2005 - Nothing like a dome car to catch your attention at the end of Amtrak's Empire Builder, making a station stop at Columbus, Wisconsin. Car is owned by Northern Sky Charters in Milwaukee, painted in WSOR colors.

  • Thanks for everything Ray, all is appreciated... and for those of you who have not seen the other posts, just click on the Heartland Rails link in the Viewliner Ltd. Index, located in the side bar.

Wow, many thanks to Ray Peacock, what an incredible series of photos - and beautiful photos at that! A great visual history of American railroads.
