I think Thomas Edison had a home in Florida, so I'm guessing that's how this mall got its name.
Wow, that's a nice one for sure! It's interesting how malls of that era had such low lighting in the main corridors. I miss it - it really brought out the signage and interiors of the stores.

I miss the indoor malls of yesterday. It seems like so many are being torn down and replaced with outdoor, pedestrian-unfriendly mega strip malls.
